NSW: One year on, Iemma believes he's making progress

On his first anniversary as New South Wales Premier .. MORRIS IEMMA says his government
has made real progress at improving services and driving economic activity.

He says his proudest achievement was bringing down his first budget .. which included
a 696 million dollar deficit .. and new borrowings to fund infrastructure.

Mr IEMMA's celebrating one year since he took over as premier from BOB CARR .. after
his predecessor's retirement from politics.
