to identify victim

PARKERSBURG - Wood County authorities have been working toidentify a woman who died after she was struck twice by motorists. The woman was crossing W.Va. 95 outside of Parkersburg at about11:50 p.m. Sunday when she was hit by a car driven by a 16-year-oldboy, Wood County Sheriff's Deputy Brett Pickens said Monday.

The victim hit the windshield and was knocked to the road whereshe was run over by a second car driven by a 17-year-old boy,Pickens said.

Neither driver saw the woman because of her dark clothing.
