Report: N. Korea hasn't ruled out nuke test: S. Korea, China agree to try to stop regime

SEOUL, South Korea -- North Korea will not rule out a nuclear testas long as Washington is hostile toward Pyongyang, a newspaper linkedto the communist nation said Saturday.

There are growing concerns, bolstered by reports of suspiciousactivity, that Pyongyang may be planning to follow up its recentmissile launches with a nuclear test. Pyongyang claims to havenuclear weapons but hasn't performed any known test.
